Our consultancy provides metrics reporting and data intelligence. These services are provided "as is," and your use of the website constitutes a binding legal agreement. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.

Professional Engagement
Himalayan Metric Data operates as a strategic consultancy. While we strive for absolute precision in our metrics delivery, the insights provided are for informational and strategic purposes.
- Account Responsibility: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials provided for accessing private data dashboards.
- Consultancy Scope: Proposals and project scopes are governed by individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) which supplement these general terms.
Intellectual Property & Data Rights
Unless otherwise stated, all data visualizations, proprietary reporting frameworks, and the visual identity of Himalayan Metric Data are the intellectual property of the consultancy.
Clients retain ownership of their raw input data. However, the methods, code, and analytical pathways used to process this information remain the exclusive property of Himalayan Metric Data. Reproduction of our proprietary reporting formats without written consent is strictly prohibited.
Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Nepal, Himalayan Metric Data shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our website or services.
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.
Termination of Access
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our data platforms immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
